About Us
Mark resides in Sachse, Tx with his wife Heather and their cat Sassy. He spent 30 yrs in the worldwide telecommunications industry. Graduating from Kaplan University in Plano, Tx and operating under the standards and licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), Mark is committed to providing electrical, mechanical, and structural inspections of new and existing homes in the North Dallas area. Mark prides himself on providing thorough professional inspections and reports for all of his clients, keeping customer service and satisfaction a high priority. Having owned and maintained several homes over the years, he learned the value of prevention and proper evaluation of existing problems. He believes that homes do not "pass or fail" an inspection, the inspection is designed to educate the client. Because most homes have some problems and usually most problems are repairable, Mark can assist you in awareness of the problems so that you can be prepared and determine your plan of action. |
